Everything GasOne does, in one place.

Every screen in GasOne is gated by role. Knowing which role you're using explains why a menu, button, or column might look different from a colleague's screen.

The five roles

The first thing Admin and User see after login — a live snapshot of the day, plus anything that needs attention right now.

  Period selectorSwitches every card below between Today / This Week / This Month / This Year — nothing else needs re-opening.

  Store Keeper warning bannerOnly appears when today's Store Entry hasn't been saved yet — a nudge for Admin to follow up.

The daily heart of GasOne — recording how many cylinders each delivery boy delivered and the cash collected for it, broken down by note/coin.

  Full screen & RefreshFull screen (⛶, web only) hides the sidebar so the grid gets the whole width. Refresh (⟳) reloads the grid from the server, discarding unsaved changes.

  Select DateDefaults to today. Admin/User can pick any date; Delivery Boy is always on today.

  Delivery Boy pickerSearch and pick who this row belongs to — every quantity cell in the row stays locked until this is chosen.

Full screen mode (web only)

The ⛶ icon hides the sidebar entirely so the grid can use the full browser width — tap it again to bring the sidebar back.

A free-form log for customer details that don't fit the denomination grid — open it from the notes icon on the Denomination screen's bottom bar.

1. Open Notes from the Denomination screen's bottom bar (before the Expense icon).
2. Fill in any row — Customer ID, Customer Name, Gas Qty, and a free Remarks field. Nothing here is calculated; it's a plain log.
3. Need more than ten lines? Tap + Add Line for another blank row.
4. Save once — a single Save button commits every filled-in row together, new and edited alike.

Real costs paid out of a day's collection — vehicle fuel, repairs, anything that reduces (or occasionally adds to) what's actually in hand.

1. Open Expense (Admin only) from the Denomination screen's bottom bar.
2. Enter a description and amount.Negative (e.g. -200) reduces the day's total; positive adds to it.
3. Watch the total update as you type — no need to save first to see the running net.
4. Save once for every filled-in line, same single-button pattern as Notes.

Expense totals also appear on the Dashboard and in Reports, grouped by date.

The cylinder stock register — full/empty counts by section, one sheet per day. Store Keeper fills in their own day; Admin can review or enter any date.

Store Keeper's flow

1. Open Store Entry — always today, nothing else reachable from this login.
2. Fill in Full/Empty counts for each row across every section.
3. Save.A confirmation dialog warns this locks the sheet — every field goes read-only after.

Admin's flow

Admin can move to any date using the arrows/calendar and is never blocked by the lock — Admin's Save always goes through directly.

Every saved denomination entry, filterable by date range and delivery boy, with totals and export options.

Manage everyone with a login, filtered by role, from one screen.

The round + button (bottom-right) creates a new account. A delivery boy doesn't need a login to appear in Denomination Entry's worker picker — creating one here is only needed if they'll use the app directly.

Defines every cylinder size sold and its current rate — this powers the Gas Value column everywhere else in the app. Open it from Settings → Cylinder Products.

  Category header + add (➕)Products are grouped (e.g. Domestic, Non Domestic); tap ➕ to add a new size to that group.

  Each product rowName, category, size, and current rate. ⏱ shows its rate history, 🗑 deletes it, the toggle switches it active/inactive, and ≡ lets you drag to reorder — this order is what shows up as columns in Denomination Entry.

  Another categoryEach category is listed with its own count and products — a size like "10Kg" can exist in more than one category with different rates.

A greyed-out toggle (like "10Kg" above) means that size is switched off — it won't show up as a column for new entries, but its past data isn't deleted.

Agency-wide toggles that shape how the whole app behaves for everyone at your company.

  Delivery Boy LimitCaps how many delivery boy accounts this agency can have. The Super Admin sets it, and it stays locked for the Admin unless the Super Admin allows editing.

Controls which menu items a User-role account can see in the sidebar — Admin's own menu is never restricted here.

Toggle off Dashboard, Delivery Boy Master, Denomination or Reports to hide it for every User-role login at this agency. Store Entry, User Management, Settings and Permissions are Admin-only anyway. Delivery Boy and Store Keeper are unaffected — their confined single-screen access isn't controlled from here.

"Collection Mismatch" won't go green

Check that a delivery boy is actually selected for every row with numbers in it — quantity cells only count once a worker is chosen. If an expense explains the gap, log it under Expense rather than adjusting the cash entry to force a match.

A delivery boy can't edit their saved row

Expected once the Admin has approved or rejected the entry, or when editing while Pending is switched off for that delivery boy (the Allow edit while pending option in Delivery Boy Master).

Store Keeper's register is locked

Same pattern — Admin unlocks it for one more edit from the Store Entry Admin view for that date.

A screen or button is missing

Check Permissions — Admin may have hidden that menu for the User role, or Settings may have amount columns hidden agency-wide.
